	Functional Items - Direct cool - Relay Thermostat. - Frost free- Relay, Thermostat, Fan Motor, Timer, Bi-metal Thermostat, Thermal Fuse.
Parts not covered :
	Cabinet & Liner
	Coloured components
	Plastic Parts
	Door Gasket assembly
	Light bulb
	Light switch
Service Charges :
	No service Charges for the parts covered in the Plan.
	50% discount on the service charges for the part not covered in the plan.
Transportation :
	No transportation pertaining to parts covered under plan.
	For other parts not covered by plan, transportation as per our rate schedule.
Mandatory Service :
	One mandatory visit by our technician for service of your appliance.
	This will be carried out after 20 days from the date of entering into contract.
WASHING MACHINE
Parts covered :
	Semi Automatic - Wash motor, Spin motor, Wash Timer, Spin Timer, Mechanical assembly, Buzzer, Capacitor, Bellow assembly.
	Fully Automatic - Program Timer, Motor, Water level sensor, Mechanical assembly, on / off switch, Capacitor, Inlet valve, Drain Valve, Geared Motor, Transformer, suspension set.
Parts not covered :
	Outer Cabinet, Aesthetic Components, Plastic parts.
Service Charges :
	No service Charges for the parts covered in the Plan.
	50% discount on the service charges for the part not covered in the plan.
Transportation :
	No transportation pertaining to parts covered under plan.
	For other parts not covered by plan, transportation as per our rate schedule.

	Splits - Motor Indoor unit, Motor Outdoor unit, PCB, Contactor, Thermostat, Relay, Capacitor, Oscillation Motor.
Parts not covered :
	Outer Cabinet, cooling coil & condenser, rubber components, Plastic parts, Air Filter, front Grill, Remote Handset, Sheet Metal Parts.
Service Charges :
	No service Charges for the parts covered in the Plan.
	50% discount on the service charges for the part not covered in the plan.
Transportation :
	No transportation pertaining to parts covered under plan.
	For other parts not covered by plan, transportation as per our rate schedule.
Mandatory Service :
	Comprehensive - 4 services (1 Wet + 3 dry service) Quarterly.
	Labour contract with 4 services (1 wet + 3 dry service) Quarterly.
	Labour with 2 service (1 wet + 1 dry) Half yearly.
	First service will be done after 7 days of date of contract.
